Instruction for rehydration of Tutodent Form and CS - Block

1. Necessary aids:
• Saline solution
• Syringe
• Flask
• Tutodent Form/CS - Block
2. Drawing up the sterile saline solution
• Place the Tutodent Form/CS - Block into a syringe
• Draw up the saline solution. Tutodent Form/CS - Block must be completely covered with fluid.
3. Deaerating the syringe
Close tight the opening of the syringe with your finger.
Pull the flack backwards to generate vacuum.
Hold the flask in the drawn position, to extract all air from the implant.
• Repeat this step several times until no more air bubbles escape from the implant.

Attention!

Tutodent material must be rehydrated with isotonic saline only to prevent clotting of blood within the pores and on the surface of the implant. Rehydration of Tutodent material is essential for clinical success.

4. Storing the implant until usage
• Place Tutodent Form/CS/Block into a kidney bowl filled with rehydration solution until implantation.

Attention!
Tutodent granules must be rehydrated with isotonic saline only to prevent clotting of blood within the pores and on the surface of the implant. Rehydration of Tutodent chips is essential for clinical success.
Instruction for rehydration of Tutodent Chips

1. Necessary aids
• Saline solution
• Syringe
• Cannula
• Tutodent Chips
2. Rehydration
• Add saline solution to cover.
• Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
3. Storage until implantation
• Rehydrated granules may be stored in isotonic saline solution throughout the procedure until required.
